HDIS.com has a No Hassle Return Policy. They stand behind their products and services 100%! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products you receive from them, you may return unopened packages for a full, no-questions-asked refund in the original form of payment. There is no restocking fee, and you will not be charged for their cost in shipping the product to you. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to HDIS. Once they receive the returned products, they will credit your account or issue a refund within 14 days. Due to health regulations, they are unable to accept returns on any opened packages or used items. Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase.
